I Have A Contract With Them To Service The Furnace In The Rental Unit. While They Were Servicing They Found An Issue With The Blower Motor And They Replaced It.
Service is fine. They call in advance to let us know when they are coming. Since the furnace is in the rental unit, they contact both me and my tenant to work around our schedule. I do not have any dislikes about them and in fact I have renewed the contract for next year too.
I give them the highest rating possible. They were excellent in communication and update when they were delayed in their scheduled appointment. Their tech was very knowledgeable and trained in different systems. I highly recommend them to any one who is looking to having their heating optimized.
This was the second time we used this company, and their lead service technician, Scott Brennan.
Last summer our a/c went out, and they were able to come out and repair it in just a couple of days, We wife is a disabled veteran with MS, and if it gets too hot, she can get very sick very quickly. They came to the house in just a few days, and Scott had it repaired very quickly, which included undoing a jury-rigged repair from another company, putting in the required parts correctly, and thoroughly inspecting the unit.
This time out central heat pump stopped working. They company was very booked due to the recent storm, and took several days to get to our house, but again Scott took care of the problem in only a couple of hours, and that included an inspection of the fan, as well as the heat exchanger, and any needed parts and physical repairs.
Great company, and more than willing to provide expedited service for a disabled veteran with MS.
I came home from work in the afternoon to find our water heater was leaking across the garage floor. I panicked a little when I started calling plumbers: one was closed for the day (it was only 4:30pm) and never called me back, one quoted a bloated price to come out the next day to take care of everything including a permit and inspection after the job was done.
Then I was reminded that Paragon, who we’ve had service our furnace & A/C before, also services water heaters. We called Jeana at Paragon and she scheduled Scott to come out the next day to take care of us. It all worked out so well…Scott was right on time, assessed everything and got right to work. He was honest in informing us that a permit and inspection was not required at all for this job…which saved us even more money!
In less than 3 hours, Scott had replaced our old unit, cleaned up the area where it had been leaking, assessed any damage (thankfully there wasn’t any), and supported the new unit with new brackets so we are up to earthquake code. When I saw how everything looked after the work was done, I was impressed that it was all clean and tidy and in great working order!
We couldn’t be happier with Paragon, Scott and Jeana! They were so accommodating, efficient, honest, and friendly. Job well done! I highly recommend them!

Paragon put our original furnace in two years ago. We were very happy with the installation and our furnace has worked flawlessly. We arranged with Paragon to send a technician out recently for a basic followup service. Jeremy, the one who installed our furnace, came out, performed all the necessary maintenance and explained everything he did in a simple and respectful manner. Jeremy is exactly the kind of person you want making house service calls; he is friendly, professional and gets the job done exactly as you need it done. Paragon’s pricing is reasonable and their office staff are helpful and courteous. Sign us, “Customers for life”!

I have used the same HVAC company for 16 years, and that relationship has ended now that I have found Paragon. Our blower motor died (I figured) and knowing that our existing HVAC company is always too busy now to provide prompt service, I called Paragon since their sticker was on the unit from a previous homeowner. They came within hours to diagnose the issue. They ordered the part, which was unfortunately in Portland. It arrived when they said it would. They called when they said they would, to install it. They arrived when they said they would, and charged what they said they would. All of that is great. I’ve found my new HVAC company.

Emergency repair at one of my rental properties. They were professional and on time. They even tried to save me money over the phone, but I live out of the area and couldn’t make the drive that late at night. I’m grateful there is still a company out there that answers the phone and likes to make honest money. I will use them again.
New ownership from the year before. I had complications with getting my furnace fixed due to the technicians being off on the weekend. He was prompt. He was nice. He was very knowledgeable. The person on the phone was not nice. I will use them again on how they do on the next job.
