Scott and Trevor were amazing. Arrived on time (9:00AM), had my AC installed and running before 5:00 PM. Had to completely redesign the furnace by dropping it down to ground level and installing the heat exchanger on top. Had to move my filter into the hallway. But all in 8 hours. Fantastic, especially now with the 90 degree days coming.
We were very happy with our furnace cleaning. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, we would definitely call them again!

If anyone needs heating repairs or replacement done, Paragon Heating is absolutely the company to call! Their friendly and helpful office staff were kind and courteous as well as very knowledgeable. I was so impressed that the same professionalism and courteous service carries down to the service and installation departments as well. My installation was flawless, and clean. Paragon Heating still knows what old fashioned courteous customer service is all about, and that is what impressed me most. I would not call anyone else!!!

We recently had our furnace and heat pump serviced by Paragon. The technician was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable and kept us advised throughout the visit. We had a previous service done by Paragon in 2022. Nice to find that the price was still very reasonable.
10 years ago I had Paragon replace my original gas waterheater (located out in the garage which is not recommended) and I was extremely happy with their work. Recently I noticed the water heater had a slow drip from the bottom and decided its time to replace it again. I did call two or three other companies but stuck with Paragon thankfully! They came out within two days and had it changed out within three hours. Nobody else came close in price, and nobody can beat their performance and quality and that includes the front office! Thank you Paragon!!
