This was the second time we used this company, and their lead service technician, Scott Brennan. Last summer our a/c went out, and they were able to come out and repair it in just a couple of days, We wife is a disabled veteran with MS, and if it gets too hot, she can get very sick very quickly. They came to the house in just a few days, and Scott had it repaired very quickly, which included undoing a jury-rigged repair from another company, putting in the required parts correctly, and thoroughly inspecting the unit. This time out central heat pump stopped working. They company was very booked due to the recent storm, and took several days to get to our house, but again Scott took care of the problem in only a couple of hours, and that included an inspection of the fan, as well as the heat exchanger, and any needed parts and physical repairs. Great company, and more than willing to provide expedited service for a disabled veteran with MS.
Very professional and was able to service within hours of my contact. Other contacts offered slightly lower charge for basic furnace service, however the quality and attention to detail, including a detailed inspection report, was worth the cost.
Our furnace broke down in the middle of Snowmageddon 2019! Scott from Paragon was able to come out the next day to diagnose the issue and recommend us the best fix. Instead of trying to upsell us on a brand new furnace, Scott was honest and suggested us to just replace the part which was covered under manufacture warranty. The whole process was fairly painless and cost much less than if we were to get a new one. Very happy with their honesty and prompt, professional service.
I’ve been a customer for several years. This was my annual inspection and as usual they were on time, called when in their way, professional and respectful of my home, clearly communicated, reasonably priced and thorough.
I used his company several times and they always arrive as scheduled, explain the service that is needed, states clearly on their invoice what has been done. Their fee seems reasonable compared to to her HVAC companies in our area. I highly recommend Paragon!
Great service! Called to set up appointment for heating issue and fortunately had opening the following day. Although throwing parts at a suspected issue would cost a considerable amount, Scott walked us through on what to look for when heater was malfunctioning. This enabled a proper confirmation of the failed component and rapid replacement of the bad part. With the cooler weather we’ve had, Paragon was able to resolve in a much more timely manner than we expected and very satisfied with the professionalism displayed in our interaction with Gina and Scott.
After many bids for a heat pump I settled with Paragon. The main factors that brought me to chose them was price and a heat pump with a 10 year parts AND labor warranty which was huge for me. We recently had our furnace and heat pump serviced by Paragon. The technician was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable and kept us advised throughout the visit. We had a previous service done by Paragon in 2022. Nice to find that the price was still very reasonable.
We were in the market for a new water heater. We had heard about tankless, but were undecided. Andre from Paragon came for an appointment, talked us through everything – pros/cons, and answered all our questions. A couple weeks later Tom and Danny came to install it. They were great and did a terrific job with the installation.
We are really happy with our tankless decision, and grateful for all the information and hard work from Andre, Tom, and Danny.
Scott and Trevor were amazing. Arrived on time (9:00AM), had my AC installed and running before 5:00 PM. Had to completely redesign the furnace by dropping it down to ground level and installing the heat exchanger on top. Had to move my filter into the hallway. But all in 8 hours. Fantastic, especially now with the 90 degree days coming.
