We have used Paragon for well over a decade at two different homes. The owners are awesome and have always been on top of things and provided honest dependable information to make decisions when it came to our AC and heating systems. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I highly recommend the investment into a annual Inspection program. It has payed for itself. Great company and service!

They came out the next day and the technician who was very friendly and informative let me know that it needed a new spark box. He looked the part up and found that it is no longer being made. He asked me if I knew how old my furnace was and I said no. He told me that the average furnace lasts about 18 years and ours was 35 years old! He said he was recommending a replacement. A few days later when I checked in with the warranty company they told me that it had been approved and they would order the furnace and send it to Paragon who would then call me to schedule the install. We just got the new furnace installed today which is two weeks to the day that the tech was here to diagnose the problem. The technician that came today to install the furnace was friendly and thorough. Also I spoke multiple times to the office lady Gina who was also very professional, friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend them!

Quick – Amazingly Quick response! Ed the technician was a very straight shooter. He gave Great advice on my 21 yr old furnace, fixed the problem of no heat, then advised me to have a service tune up! Great service at a very competitive cost. All was completed in 1 hour on a Sunday, no less. Very satisfied customer!!
We had a all around great experience with Paragon. Scott the installer was very professional and did a high quality job on our new hot water heater. Also, we got 5 quotes and Paragon’s was the most competitive. I will definitely use them again.
Then the same day a friend of mine had an issue with his furnace and fireplace not working. As a real estate agent it is always great to have a list of companies to call when something is not working. I called paragon and asked if he could turn around and head back to Monroe even though he was already a few minutes from home at the end of the day. AND HE DID!!!! thats great customer service and I will loyally call them when my clients need and HVAC company
